Changing Your RO Membrane and Housing: A Step-by-Step Guide

1. Start by shutting off the feed water supply valve to the RO system along with the valve on the water tank.
2. Open the RO faucet to relieve any pressure in the system.
3. Carefully remove the blue safety clip and disconnect the tubing by pushing down on the collector.
4. Using a wrench, unscrew the membrane housing cap.
5. With pliers, remove the old membrane and dispose of it properly. Insert the new membrane, ensuring the end with the two small washers goes in first; push it until it fits securely in the membrane housing.
6. Replace and tighten the membrane housing cap. Reconnect the tubing and reattach the blue safety clip.

Note: If you encounter difficulty when replacing the housing cap, gently twist the RO membrane to ensure it properly seats at the pure water outlet.
