Our reverse osmosis (RO) membrane kit comes equipped with essential components for efficient water purification:

Important Notes: - Store any unused RO membranes in a cool, dry environment. - Rinse the new membranes for half an hour before initial use.

The HUINING reverse osmosis membrane employs cutting-edge membrane film technology and sophisticated manufacturing processes. Our high-quality RO membrane elements are NSF/ANSI Standard 58 certified, boasting a remarkable permeate flow while effectively achieving a 97% total dissolved solids (TDS) removal rate.

This filtration system excels at eliminating contaminants such as heavy metals—primarily fluoride, calcium, magnesium, lead, colloids, chromium, and nitrates—as well as organic materials, rubber compounds, and harmful minerals.

Efficient Water Purification

Our RO membrane can filter out impurities as small as 0.0001 microns, providing a high permeation flow and stable desalination rate. Notably, our water-saving feature allows for a pure water to wastewater ratio of approximately 1:1, making our systems environmentally friendly and cost-efficient for families.

Installation Recommendations: For those with chlorinated water, we suggest utilizing a Carbon/Sediment Pre-Filter to preserve the integrity of the membrane. Additionally, if the water’s hardness is excessively high, consider installing a water softener prior to the RO unit.

Compatibility: Our products are compatible with various brands, including but not limited to APEC MEM-ES-100, AXEON TF-1812-100, and Dow Filmtec TW30-1812-100.

Yield Capacity: You can expect to produce about 1 gallon of purified water in roughly 15 minutes—equivalent to 8 glasses of 8oz cups. Simply activate the RO purifier's faucet to enjoy clean drinking water.

Connector Assembly: Follow the installation instructions to connect the three provided connectors. The pink ring connector serves as the purifying flow connection, while the two white connectors manage the water inlet and wastewater outlet respectively. Ensure all connections are secure.
