The PTFE filters are broadly used for infiltration of various organic solvents, as well as the filtration of strong acid and strong alkali solutions. The Luer lock filter is also suitable for gas filtration. The PTFE filter material is a PTFE membrane, which is naturally hydrophobic, providing broad chemical compatibility and strong chemical stability and inertia, as well as strong hydrophobicity.
The PTFE filters feature a uniform pore size, high porosity, and high retention efficiency. With a 13mm disc diameter and 0.22μm pore size, the filters come packaged in sets of 100 pieces.
Ensuring the quality of the filters, the manufacturing process is ISO 9001 certified, involving first inspection, mid-control inspection, patrol inspection, and warehouse inspection.
The non-sterile filters feature a housing made of premium polypropylene (PP) material with a unique threaded interface (Luer lock) design. This design is free of adhesives and contamination, allowing the filters to be autoclaved and sterilized at 121°C/249.8°F for 30 minutes.
